As a field Player; Day 1 is all about the basics in learning the six (6) parts of the foot to use and when to use them. Ask your children what the six parts of the foot are and what do they use each part for.

As a Goalkeeper; the players were taught the fundamentals of ball handling, and ball distribution. Ask your children how they should catch the ball, and what shape their hands should be in when catching the ball.
